Door Access Control Solutions
Centralized control for up to 4,000 doors and 200,000 users. Offering various credential options such as encrypted AWID and HID as well as widely available and affordable EM42 based solutions. Complete logging of in/out events as well as attempts that were blocked due to the user not having access or it being outside of their assigned access times. Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) Conversions for added security.
OSDP Retrofits with OSDP readers and/or secured reader boxes to prevent unauthorized access to the wiegand data lines (which allows exploiting of the wiegand hack by use of a device which records then plays back signal transmissions when there is physical access to the interface wires). We use only OSDP readers or AWID potted readers that are not susceptible to these hacks due to having no (external) access to the lead wires. We can also retrofit new OSDP readers and/or replace 8-16 conductor access control cable runs with a simple 2-wire RS485 interface using the OSDP standard. This allows the device to be supervised so that when the cover is pulled off, you get an alert in the system. The original wiegand standard was not supervised so it had no tamper monitoring.
